Username / password problems

If you are having difficulties entering your username and password, please remember that :

Your username is in the format "firstname.lastname" for example derek.trotter. If you have a hyphenated surname simply miss out the hyphen. For example Jim Bob-Smith becomes jim.bobsmith
Your password is your date of birth in the format DDMMYY, with leading zeros. For example, 2 May 1980 is 020580.

If you have changed your password and have forgotten it, or you think you know your password but are still having problems, please email WebMaster@luusac.uk with any relevant details.
